FARGO, ND – The Winnipeg Goldeyes scored twice in the top of the ninth inning to erase a 6-5 deficit, defeating the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks 7-6 at Newman Outdoor Field Tuesday afternoon. Keshawn Lynch and Kevin García worked back-to-back bases-loaded walks off Fargo-Moorhead reliever Jon Beymer (L, 0-1) in the final inning to put the Goldeyes ahead. Winnipeg scored twice in the opening frame after Noah Marcelo came in on a Ramón Bramasco single and Adam Hall trotted home on Max Murphy ’s sacrifice fly. The RedHawks moved ahead 3-2 in the bottom of the third inning when Juan Fernández hit a three-run home run. The Goldeyes tied the game at 3-3 in the fifth on a lead off blast by Roby Enríquez and took a 4-3 lead in the seventh after T.J. Schofield-Sam singled and scored on Ray-Patrick Didder ’s base hit. Fargo-Moorhead went ahead 5-4 in the bottom of the seventh inning when Jake Hjelle and Andy Nelson scored on Weston Lombard ’s throwing error. Fernández then notched his fourth run batted in of the day with a single that plated Jesús Lujano and gave the home side a two-run cushion. Winnipeg got one run back in the eighth as Marcelo singled, stole second base, and scored on Hall’s base hit that made it 6-5 RedHawks. Ryo Kohigashi (W, 1-0) was one of five Goldeyes who pitched in relief of starter Mitchell Lambson . Winnipeg pitchers combined for 15 strikeouts on the day with Lambson, Derrick Cherry , Lombard, Kohigashi, and Kevin Vaupel (S, 1) each recording two. Noah Millikan fanned five. FARGO, ND – The Winnipeg Goldeyes dropped a 4-3 decision to the Fargo-Moorhead RedHawks in their 2026 spring debut at Newman Outdoor Field Monday evening. The pre-season contest was called after five innings owing to the unseasonably cold temperatures and windy conditions. Winnipeg opened the scoring in the third inning when rookie catcher Raphaël Pelletier homered down the right field line, giving the Goldeyes a 1-0 lead. The RedHawks tied the game in the bottom of the inning on a single by catcher Juan Fernández that brought right fielder Andy Nelson in to score. Pelletier struck again in the fifth, driving in left fielder Keshawn Lynch with a single that made the score Winnipeg 2, Fargo-Moorhead 1. Pelletier then scored on centre fielder Noah Marcelo ’s single that increased the Goldeyes’ lead to 3-1. In the home half of what would be the final inning, Fargo-Moorhead scored three runs without the benefit of a hit. Fernández notched his second run batted in of the evening with a sacrifice fly that drove in third baseman Aidan Byrne. Nelson came in on a wild pitch to tie the game at 3-3. The RedHawks went ahead 4-3 on another sacrifice fly, this one by first baseman José Sermo. Landen Bourassa started for the Goldeyes and worked the first two innings, allowing just one hit and striking out four. Luke Boyd , Willian Suárez , and Quinn Waterhouse followed out of the bullpen. WINNIPEG, MB – The Winnipeg Goldeyes announced Friday several improvements to Blue Cross Park that will be in place for the upcoming American Association season.  The biggest improvement will be a new LED field lighting system provided by Ballpark Lighting Inc. These new LED lights will replace the old incandescent lights with a more energy efficient and environmentally-friendly system. The LEDs have multiple colour fixtures and will improve the game experience with dynamic colour changes and customizable light shows for player intros, home runs, and more.

WINNIPEG, MB – The Winnipeg Goldeyes announced Thursday that outfielder Roby Enríquez has re-signed with the club for the 2026 season. The 29-year-old hit .280 for the team in 2025, with 13 doubles and 22 runs batted in. He struck out just 35 times in 243 at-bats. Defensively, Enríquez led the Goldeyes with seven outfield assists. Enríquez joined the team in 2024 and posted a .296 batting average along with 18 doubles, three home runs, and 42 RBIs. Prior to signing with the Goldeyes, the Carolina, Puerto Rico native spent two seasons in the Arizona Diamondbacks’ system, reaching the Class-AA level with the Texas League’s Amarillo Sod Poodles in 2022 and 2023. In 136 games in Arizona’s chain, Enríquez hit .290 with 27 doubles, eight home runs, and 65 RBIs. Enríquez made his professional debut with the Boise Hawks of the Pioneer League – a Major League Baseball Partner League – in 2021 after two seasons at Indiana State University (Terre Haute, Indiana). A left-handed batter, Enríquez also has experience playing in the Puerto Rican Winter League and has represented the island in the Caribbean Series, where he has been a teammate of numerous Major League veterans. “Getting Roby back is a huge boost for our lineup,” said Goldeyes skipper Logan Watkins . “We thought we had probably lost him to Mexico, so adding him this late in the offseason is really significant for us. Pelletier finished the 2025 season with the London Majors of the Intercounty Baseball League, where he batted .243 with two home runs and four runs batted in in 11 games. The Repentigny, Québec native was chosen by the Texas Rangers in the 25th round of the 2019 Major League Baseball June Amateur Draft out of École Secondaire Édouard-Montpetit (Montréal, Québec). Pelletier attended Kansas State University (Manhattan, Kansas) from 2022 to 2024 and the University of Kentucky (Lexington, Kentucky) in 2025. The 24-year-old hit .224 with 20 doubles and 19 home runs in 173 college contests. He drove in 70 runs. A former member of Canada’s National Junior Team, in 2018 Pelletier competed at the Pan American Baseball Confederation (COPABE) U-18 Pan-American Championships, winning a bronze medal. “We are excited to sign another young Canadian player in Pelletier,” said Goldeyes manager Logan Watkins . “He’s going to strengthen our catching situation and give us opportunities to mix up the lineup a little bit. The Vancouver, British Columbia native split the 2025 season between the Hillsboro Hops of the Class-A Advanced Northwest League and the Double-A Texas League’s Amarillo Sod Poodles. He compiled a 5-3 record with a 4.74 earned run average in 62.2 innings pitched over 53 appearances. Saul was originally drafted by the Texas Rangers in the 29th round of the 2019 Major League Baseball June Amateur Draft out of Prince of Wales Secondary School (Vancouver, British Columbia) but opted to attend college. He was selected a second time by the Arizona Diamondbacks in the 13th round in 2022 after three seasons at California State University, Sacramento (Sacramento, California). Over four seasons in the Diamondbacks’ chain, the 24-year-old went 8-8 with a 4.94 ERA and eight saves in 136 games. “We’re excited to add another talented Canadian player to our roster,” said Goldeyes Skipper Logan Watkins . “Eli brings plenty of affiliated experience and a really strong arm. We expect him to be one of our power arms out of the bullpen and potentially a late-inning, high-leverage guy for us. WINNIPEG, MB – The Winnipeg Goldeyes announced Friday the signing of Canadian outfielder Adam Hall . Hall recently represented Canada at the World Baseball Classic as the team reached the quarterfinals of the tournament for the first time. The 26-year-old began the 2024 campaign with the Goldeyes before his contract was transferred to the Milwaukee Brewers. He was ultimately assigned to the Biloxi Shuckers of the Double-A Southern League, where he hit .262 with three doubles and 16 runs batted in. Hall split last season between the Shuckers and the Nashville Sounds of the Triple-A International League, hitting a combined .232 with nine doubles, three triples, one home run, and 21 RBIs. He also stole 25 bases and was caught just once. Born in Hamilton, Bermuda, Hall’s parents relocated to southern Ontario to further his development as a baseball player. He was selected in the second round of the 2017 Major League Baseball Draft by the Baltimore Orioles out of A.B. Lucas Secondary School in London, Ontario. Hall played parts of six seasons in the Orioles’ organization, reaching as high as Triple-A with the Norfolk Tides of the International League in 2022. A member of Canada’s Junior National Team from 2015 to 2017, Hall also participated in the 2015 WBSC U-18 Baseball World Cup. “Bringing Adam back is huge news for us. He got off to a hot start with us two years ago before being picked up, and we believe he can bring that same impact again in 2026,” said skipper Logan Watkins. “We know he’s motivated to put together a successful, healthy season, and we’re excited to have him back.” Hall is the fifth Canadian on the Goldeyes’ roster, joining Landen Bourassa (Lethbridge, Alberta), James Bradwell (North Vancouver, British Columbia), Mason Dobie (Meaford, Ontario), and T.J.
