Goldie

Goldie remains the longest serving uniformed member of the organization, making his debut when the Goldeyes joined the Northern League in 1994.

When he’s not playing host to his friends and family, Goldie is quite the ambassador, taking the time to welcome guests attending parties in the birthday room, or handing out hugs and high-fives to fans throughout Blue Cross Park.

He also likes to get down on field for all the crazy contests and has never shied away from an opportunity to dance, gladly taking the time to cut a rug atop the dugouts.

On those rare occasions when he’s not at the ballpark, Goldie enjoys making appearances on behalf of the Winnipeg Goldeyes Field of Dreams Foundation.

Goldette

Back in 2011, Goldette came to see her friend Goldie perform at a Goldeyes game and immediately knew that she had found her calling. Goldette, a Manitoban, always knew she was different from her siblings, but never in her wildest dreams did she expect she would become such a star!

During the season, Goldette shows off her great dance moves, hangs with her pal Goldie and visits all the great fans that come to Blue Cross Park to see the Goldeyes play. She also loves being involved in the community and represents the Goldeyes at various events around the province alongside Goldie.

In her spare time, Goldette is an avid athlete. She thrives in musical productions and loves to dance and entertain. She also loves to dress up and always stays up-to-date with current fashion trends.
