Sunday’s Game Suspended Due to Rain
WINNIPEG, MB – Sunday afternoon’s American Association game at Blue Cross Park between the Winnipeg Goldeyes and Kansas City Monarchs was suspended due to rain, with Kansas City leading 2-1 in the bottom of the third inning.
The game will be played to its completion at a date to be determined
Tickets to Sunday’s game may be exchanged at the Blue Cross Park Ticket Office for those of equal value to any remaining 2025 Goldeyes home game.
The team is off Monday and will travel to Rosemont, Illinois where they will open a three-game series at Impact Field against the Chicago Dogs Tuesday at 6:30 p.m. CDT. Jesse Galindo (1-1, 3.90) will be on the mound for the Goldeyes while Chicago has yet to name their starter.
Trevor Curl will have all the action live on CJNU 93.7 FM and online at cjnu.ca, with the pregame show beginning at 6:00 p.m. The video stream of all Goldeyes games is available free of charge at AABaseball.TV.
The Goldeyes will return home to Blue Cross Park Tuesday, June 17 to host the Sioux Falls Canaries.
