Jason McRae-King - Chief Financial Officer

Jason McRae-King is the Chief Financial Officer for the Winnipeg Goldeyes and has been with the organization for 24 years. A Winnipeg native, Jason bats left-handed and throws right-handed.

Jason’s favourite part of his job is the variety of duties that come with the role. Something fans might not realize about his job is, as he puts it, “that it exists.” On game days, Jason monitors revenue and expenses.

When it comes to a go-to ballpark snack, Jason is not particular — “anything” will do. If he had a walk-up song, it would be “New Orleans Is Sinking” by The Tragically Hip. His favourite Goldeyes theme night is Bark in the Park, while he does not have a favourite opponent.

Away from the ballpark, Jason enjoys hiking in the mountains. A fun fact about him is that he is colour-blind.

For Jason, the best part of Goldeyes baseball is the atmosphere.
