What We Are Doing
Helping Everyone Keep Their Distance
- Floor Decals Will Help Fans Navigate the Ballpark While Practicing Physical Distancing.
- Reduced Physical Contact Between Fans, Staff and Players, Including:
- No Autograph Sessions With Players and Mascots Allowed,
- Players, Mascots and Staff Are Not Allowed to Throw Baseballs or Other Items Into the Seating Areas,
- Promotions and on-field Activities Are Altered for Physical Distancing Between Participants.
- Administration Office Remains Closed to the Public.
- Team Store and Box Office Is Open With Limited Hours and Capacity. E-mail, Phone Lines, Online Ordering and Online Ticket Management Are Available 24/7.
- Shaw Park Playground Remains Closed.
Our Team Off the Field
- All Full-time, Part-time and Third Party Staff Will Complete a Daily Health and Well-being Self-certification Survey.
- All Staff Will Wear Masks and Practice Physical Distancing at All Times.
- Our Changes to Fan-facing Interactions, Include:
- No Handshakes, High Fives or Physical Greetings With Fans or Other Staff,
- Mandatory Hand Washing With Soap and Water Before the Start of Each Shift,
- Mandatory Continued Washing and Hand Sanitizing for the Duration of Each Shift.
- Ongoing Training as Guidelines and Procedures Are Updated.
Enhanced Cleaning
- Increased Regularity and Scope of Cleaning Throughout Shaw Park. We Are Especially Focused on High Traffic Areas, Elevators, Handrails, Washrooms, Tables/counters, Door Handles and More.
Hand Sanitizer
- Hand Sanitizing Stations for Fan and Staff Use Are Available Throughout Shaw Park.
Tickets
- Digital Tickets Recommended – All Tickets Are Digital and Accessible via Goldeyes Accountmanager. Tickets Sold on Game Day Will Be Sent via Text or E-mail to the Fan’s Device.
- Cashless Transactions Are Recommended: Debit Card, Credit Card, Gift Card or Mobile Wallet. Fish Fins Are Accepted.
- Physical Distancing Efforts to Reduce Fan Contact, Including:
- Limited Number of Fans in the Box Office Rotunda at a Given Time,
- Usage of Every Other Ticket Window, Limited Number of Staff,
- Floor Markers to Keep Fans Distanced Inside the Box Office Rotunda or at Will Call,
- Hand Sanitizer Is Available Inside the Box Office Rotunda.
