Angry Goldeye by Ace Walker At the regular season finale or any of the playoff games, you may have noticed the giant Goldeyes fish logo behind homeplate. It was created by RHP Ace Walker with some help from Dennis of our groundskeeping staff. The piece took less than an hour to produce.  |

Special Guests in 2009 Throughout the season, the Goldeyes welcomed a number of entertainment acts and special guests. Mad Chad (May 25), Quick Change (June 10), "Master of Illusion" Brian Glow (July 12) and Dave the Horn Guy (July 26) provided fans with many WOW moments. The one and only Don Cherry also stopped by to take in a game. |

World Series Party On October 28, the Goldeyes treated Season Ticket Holders to the annual World Series viewing party at Jaguar's Lounge, Club Regent Casino. |

Santa Claus Parade On November 14, Goldie took part in the 100th edition of the Santa Claus Parade through downtown Winnipeg. He met a lot of his fans (young and old), hung out with some of his mascot friends, and had a great time. Photo credits: Jay Korban. |
