MONDAY, JULY 12, 2010 The Winnipeg Goldeyes Field of Dreams Foundation will hold its 15th Annual Charity Golf Tournament on Monday, July 12, 2010 at Bel Acres Golf and Country Club. Proceeds will go to the Winnipeg Goldeyes Field of Dreams Foundation, which has donated more than $1.2 million to children’s charities in Manitoba.
The tournament will be a 1 p.m. shotgun start. All golfers should be at the course by noon to register. Approximately 30 minutes following the completion of the tournament, dinner will be served, at which time the prizes will be awarded. A maximum of 144 golfers will gather for a great day of fun. Most foursomes will be assigned a Goldeyes player, coach or staff member and will compete for a number of valuable team and individual prizes. Naturally there will be a putting contest, long drive contest, etc. THE TOURNAMENT HAS SOLD OUT THE LAST 10 YEARS!! Don't be disappointed, book early. The cost for individual Hole Sponsorships will be $1,600. This
fee ensures you a four-player team for the tournament, golf carts,
prizes, dinner, signage at your hole and an opportunity to operate
a contest where prizes supplied by your company can be given
away. The individual entry fee
is $275; a team of four is $1,100. An individual entry also includes
a cart, dinner and prizes. The team entry includes two carts,
dinner for the four golfers and prizes. A portion of the entry
fee will be tax deductible.
