Canizares' big bat added to lineup, Weber placed on waivers

Winnipeg Goldeyes manager Rick Forney announced today that the baseball club has signed veteran infielder Barbaro Canizares and placed veteran outfielder Jon Weber on irrevocable waivers for the purpose of granting his release.
